assist him in this venture. It was the beginning of an

stone room after another was inspected and dusty corners
explored and the treasure hunt went on in many
properties and over a great period of time. The end
result was that a large collection of artifacts was
collected and it was large collection of artifacts was
collected and it was then decided to house them in the
Sadul Niwas wing of Lallgarh Palace. Maharaja Dr. Karni
Singhji dedicated the museum to the memory of his father
and thus Sri Sadul museum came into being came into
being in 1976.

itself as it strives to modernize its display. It hopes
in time to have a small cinema in the many historic
events that look place in the past such as the opening
of the Gang Canal in 1927 and the Golden Jubilee of
Maharaja Ganga Singhji in 1937 can viewed by a
modern audience.
